Hong Li Seafood Garden was established by Mr Raymond Soon and they used to be located at Lavender. It has now shifted to Depot Lane, which is very near CMPB.
Besides selling nice and delicious seafood, Mr Raymond had brought in more variety for his customers and one of their New Dish is called "Tong An Braised Meat". This dish originated from China has been very popular for more than 10 years.
